CranachanThis is a good desert for a special occasion. Place the oatmeal in a dry pan or skillet. Toast on medium heat till golden brown. Leave to cool. Whisk the cream until stiff, stir in the honey, whiskey and oatmeal.

 

Sticky BunsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut off 3 tablespoons of butter from a stick. Cut each tablespoon into four even parts.

 

Oatmeal Raisin CookiesHeat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add flour, soda, and salt. Mix well. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Shape and flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

 

Party Vegetable CasseroleThis is an excellent dish to make ahead and keep in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

 

Pecan Crusted Fish Sticks>Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Rinse fish and pat dry. Cut fish crosswise in (1-inch) thick slices. In shallow dish combine bread crumbs, pecans, and pepper. Roll fish pieces in melted butter and then in the bread crumb mixture.

 

Cream Cheese Chicken CroissantsThis recipe can be used for lunches, snacks, or as appetizers, and it is just delicious!

 

Stuffed Easter HamCut ham into twenty 3/8 inch slices using electric or sharp knife. Place ham slices upright in original shape in foil-lined shallow roasting pan. Saute' onion and celery in butter in skillet until tender.
