Caesar Tofu DipI find this very tasty, creamy, low cal and healthy.

 

Schnitzel with Ham and Caper SauceBrush chops with lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes; pat dry. Brown in hot vegetable oil in large skillet. Reduce heat; cover. Cook until done (20 to 25 minutes). Remove to warm platter.

 

Chinese Almond TortePreheat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs until light. Gradually add sugar; beat until thick and lemon-colored. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into egg mixture.

 

Meatballs for SpaghettiCombine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into balls. You can use oil in a skillet to brown them so they will stay together.

 

Baked Yams and ChestnutsYummy every day or holiday dish. Cook yams in water to cover in saucepan until almost tender. Peel and slice. Drain and slice chestnuts. Peel, core and slice apples.

 

Texas Tornado CakeReally good cake recipe! Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Combine pecans and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter.

 

Chicken TurnoversFun, different dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook chicken in water to cover in saucepan for 1 hour. Drain, bone and chop.

 

Lemonade BarsI like this because the lemon flavor is very real and the oatmeal makes it a little more healthy than most. You can also do the sugar substitute to make it even healthier.

 

Hobo BurgersGreat grill recipe. Preheat grill. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper in bowl. Roll into 8 patties between waxed paper. Place cheese and mushrooms in center of 4 patties.

 

Use Baking Soda for Coffee and Tea CupsI keep a saucer with baking soda in it by my kitchen sink. That way, when I have a cup which is stained, I can get rid of those stains right away with no fuss or bother.
