Parmesan Cauliflower CasseroleTasty substituted with asparagus or broccoli, too ;-) Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Butter an 8x10 inch baking dish. In a large pot, boil cauliflower until crisp but tender. Drain.

 

Peanut ColeslawMix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and buttermilk. Pour over the cabbage, peanuts, and raisins, if used, just before serving.

 

Chocolate Lime Swirl SaladCrush cookies and mix with butter and place in bottom of pan, saving some for topping. Dissolve gelatin, add pineapple and sugar and let set to partially congeal.

 

Cabbage and Ground Beef CasseroleFry ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

 

Swedish MeatballsMix all ingredients and form meatballs. Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.

 

Golden Parmesan PotatoesPeel potatoes and cut into large bite-size pieces. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag. Place a few potatoes in the bag at a time, moisten with water, and shake until coated.

 

Zucchini RoundsStir together Bisquick mix, seasonings and cheese. Stir in beaten eggs until mixture is moistened. Fold in zucchini.

 

Lemonade ChickenI like this because you can cook it in your crockpot and not worry about it till you are ready to make the gravy. The lemonade tenderizes the chicken and gives it a delicious flavor.
