Steak SandwichesThis recipe has my special sauce on it and my family loves it. Season your steak with garlic powder, little salt and pepper. In a large skillet put a heaping tablespoon of butter and brown steak a minute or two before adding onion and bell pepper.
ButterhornsThese go with just about any meal. Add together and stir. Pour into a large bowl and cool. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.

Hot ChickenThis is nice because you can control the degree of "hotness" that you want. Saute onions, celery in oil until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
Scalloped Onions and PotatoesIn large saucepan cook onion in the butter using medium heat. Stir occasionally. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Stir the flour, garlic salt, and pepper into the cooked onion.
