El Pollo Loco ChickenIf anyone out there loves El Pollo Loco Chicken as much I do, you'll definitely love having the recipe. I no longer live in California where I used to have their chicken at least twice a week so am a happy camper to have found this recipe.

 

Super Lemon BarsMix together and pat into pan the flour, powdered sugar and margarine. Bake in 9x13 inch pan for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F until light brown. Mix rest of ingredients and pour on baked crust.

 

Vegetarian BrowniesThis is for those who like fudgy brownies, and it is so easy. Drain and rinse beans well. Puree beans and one cup of water in blender until smooth. Add to brownie mix and stir till combined.

 

Three Herb Deviled EggsCut tops off of hard-cooked eggs about 1/3 from the top. Gently scoop out yolks with a small spoon. Cut a small thin slice off the rounded bottoms so eggs will sit flat. Set aside tops for another use.
