Black-Eyed Peas with BaconPlace peas, bacon and enough water to cover in a large kettle; bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 1 hour (do not drain).

 

Ripe Tomato Chow (Chutney Sauce)A nice condiment! Do not peel apples, wash, core, and slice. Slice tomatoes, onions, and apples in a large pot. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices.

 

Tomato-Garlic Angel Hair SaladCook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse and drain pasta; add to tomato mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
