Bubba's Easy Deviled Eggs
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks, add mayonnaise and mustard; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Place yolk stuffing into egg white halves.
Peanut Butter-UpsIn a 2 qt. measuring cup, combine butter and peanut butter. Microwave on full power, 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Blend well. Mix in crumbs and sugar until very stiff.

Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Be careful not to coat sides of pan.

Filling Zip Top BagsWhen using ziplock storage bags, fold over the top of the bag. The bag will stand and you will have no trouble putting your leftovers, etc., in the bag. this allows you to keep your two hands free to pour the product into to bag.
Keep After School Snacks in the CarKeep snacks in the car. Fill a sandwich bag with pretzels, crackers, cheerios, etc. Keep bottled water also. If you pick up your kids, as I do, they are hungry when they get in the car. This snack gets them to dinner and makes for a more pleasant ride home.
