Mock Raspberry JamThis is a really easy jam recipe. Grind tomatoes and use juice. Boil tomato juice and sugar for 15 to 18 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bottle.
Blue Cheese TomatoesPreheat broiler. Remove stem ends from tomatoes. Slices tomatoes thick, about 3 slices per tomato. Top each slice with one tablespoon blue cheese and one tablespoon wheat germ.
