Minted Garden CouscousVery nice to eat with pork or chicken. Cook couscous in water as directed on package, omitting margarine and salt.

 

Lime Cottage Cheese SaladDissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir until they melt. Stir in salt and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened.

 

Swiss Chicken QuichePreheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes, remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

 

Coconut TartsPreheat oven to 180 degrees C (approx. 350 degrees F). Sift the dry ingredients. Rub in the butter and add milk till well blended. Make a soft dough and roll out. Cut in rounds.
