Stuffed Chicken BreastsCook sauce ingredients until mixture bubbles and set aside. Cook onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and 2 tablespoons sauce.

 

Cranberry CrispHeat sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in microwave for 2 minutes. Add cranberry sauce to hot mixture and stir. Pour melted butter over flour, brown sugar and oats.

 

Sweet Potato or Yam FrittersYams have a sweeter flavor than Sweet Potatoes so it's your choice which to use.

 

Masala PuriCan be eaten with butter, curry, or rice. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil. Add 8 Tbsp. of water, mix into a dough. Cover and leave aside for 1/2 an hour.

 

Ham and Eggs CupsSimply yummy! And, of course, you can adjust the recipe accordingly.

 

Easy PizzaSimple, kids can make it. Cut partially frozen dough into how many pizza you want. I can make 12 minis or 2 large thin crust or 1 deep dish from the loaf.
