Roasting A TurkeyThis is my mom's recipe from when I was a kid. Best turkey I have ever eaten!This is my mom's recipe from when I was a kid. Best turkey I have ever eaten! Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Rinse bird in cold water.

 

Chicken Corn ChowderIn a saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.

 

Pecan Bread Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Stir well, spoon into buttered 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour.

 

Bubba's Sloppy Joe CasseroleQuick, easy and keeps well. Pour oil in to skillet. Brown meat in oil. Add Sloppy Joe seasoning. Follow directions on package.

 

Night Before Scrambled Egg CasseroleSaute' ham and green onions in margarine. Add beaten eggs and cook until soft curds form. Stir in mushrooms and cheese sauce (which has been prepared as any basic white sauce).

 

Stringy Cheese SoupHeat the oil and butter in a 5 qt. pot. Add the onion and garlic; saute until the onion is transparent. Add the chilies, tomato, beef stock and base, and water.

 

Creamy Mushroomed Pork ChopsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dust chops and brown. Slice mushrooms and saute' them quickly in butter with the onions.

 

Recipes Using Canned Cranberry SauceLast year Woman's Day magazine printed a fantastic holiday recipe made with jello, cranberry sauce, pineapple, etc. All ingredients were poured into paper muffin cups.

 

Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin In a large resealable bag, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 - 6 hours

 

Italian Spinach and Noodle CasserolePrepare noodles according to package directions; drain. Mix together cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, eggs, spinach, parsley, garlic salt and pepper in a large bowl.

 

Italian SaladMix together all ingredients and pour the Italian dressing over them. Marinate 24 hours.
