Polynesian Shrimp SaladI love it. It's very simple. Put rinsed and drained shrimps in a bowl. Add celery, water chestnuts, sprouts and onions.

 

Ice Cream Sandwich DelightEasy and so so tasty! Make pudding as directed. Let cool in fridge until set. When set, take a large dollop of pudding and spread it along the bottom of a baking dish. Unwrap all the ice cream sandwiches and arrange on top of pudding.

 

Homemade Spicy Coffee CreamerA fall spice flavored creamer. Use a spice grinder or a coffee bean grinder to make these a finer texture, then in a bowl put the powdered milk, add the spices and blend them together with a fork or a whisk.

 

Pastel SaladCombine above ingredients and chill, then serve.

 

Holiday Turkey StrataAnother interesting "comfort food" recipe from leftovers. Place frozen vegetables in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with turkey and croutons. In a large bowl beat eggs, chicken broth, roasted red pepper, and mustard.
