Deep Fried PicklesI saw a recipe for this a few days ago and thought it was a crazy idea but decided to google and see other Fried Pickle recipes I could find. I came up with this tweaked combination from half a dozen recipes for it and it's yummy!

 

Crafty Crescent LasagnaMix and heat first 7 ingredients for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and parsley and set aside. Unroll 2 long rectangles of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides.

 

Coconut Custard PieBeat eggs slightly. Stir in granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk; reserve 1/2 cup coconut for top. Add remaining coconut to custard. Pour into pie shell.

 

Forgotten CookiesMix sugar and pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff and add almond extract, then mix with brown sugar and pecans. Form into small balls. Press slightly flat and place a slivered almond on top of each.

 

Tuna CashewMix all ingredients except for 3/4 cups of noodles. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees F. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top.

 

Beef and Barley SoupCombine all in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Remove meat; discard bones and coarsely chop meat. Return to soup.

 

Turkey RollAwesome recipe. Cook carrots and onion in some boiling water until tender crisp. Drain. rinse with cold water. Drain.

 

Pumpkin Mousse PieThis recipe is a reminder of pumpkin pie, yet lighter and fluffier. Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface until 12 inches in diameter.

 

Jellied Waldorf SaladThis is a bit of a different spin on traditional Waldorf salad. It has been in my late husband's family for years and was always a staple on our Thanksgiving, Christmas, and/or Easter dinner table.

 

Wild Rice, Broccoli and Chicken SoupSmooth and creamy! I just love this recipe! Everyone who has tried it loves it too.
