Indian CasseroleBrown beef, onions, green pepper. Add tomatoes and hominy. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Remove casserole from oven.

 

Cheesy Please Tater TotsYum as a side dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Place shredded potatoes in a bowl. Add cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, egg, flour and mix and then heat one inch of oil in a skillet.

 

Chicken With Mushrooms and CheeseMelt margarine in heavy skillet. Saute chicken, onion and garlic salt until chicken is lightly browned. Place chicken mixture in a glass 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour hot chicken broth over it. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, turning chicken every 15 minutes.

 

Mint SaladMix gelatin, pineapple (plus juice), and marshmallows. Let stand at room temperature overnight. Stir in Cool Whip and crushed mints. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and freeze.

 

Starshinin's Cheesy Brown Rice and Broccoli CasseroleEasy to make and like comfort food. Cook the brown rice in the chicken broth until done. Drain and save broth. Saute onion and garlic.

 

Pumpkin CakeMelt butter in 9x13 inch cake pan. When cool, stir in 1 egg and mix well. Add cake mix. Stir until all are mixed, then pat evenly in bottom of pan.

 

English ToffeeCook butter, sugar, water and vanilla over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown. Put 1/3 cup almonds on a buttered 9x9 inch pan. Pour "batter" on top of nuts. Place Hershey bars on top.
