Panera Tomato Mozzarella Salad (Copycat)All I can say is 'Yum'! Cut bread into four wedges, place on plate. Gently toss tomatoes, basil and red onion together.

 

Spud and Onion BakeI love how the potatoes absorb the flavor of the onions in this recipe. Cut 4 squares of foil and place on baking sheet. Peel potatoes and cut into 4 crosswise slices. Spread each with butter.

 

Seven-Up SaladCook over medium heat, the 7-Up and marshmallows till dissolved. Add gelatin and stir till dissolved. Combine cream cheese with the cooked mixture. Add the undrained pineapple and nuts.

 

Persimmon PuddingPut 1 quart persimmons (or what is needed) through colander to obtain about 2 cups pulp. Place seeds and pulp in bowl; stir in 2 1/2 cups milk. Mix well and again put through colander.

 

Skillet Pork Chops And RiceSeason chops with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Sprinkle rice around chops. Combine boiling water and soup. Pour over chops and rice. Cover skillet, reduce heat, and simmer until rice is tender and chops are not pink, approximately 45 minutes.

 

Chocolate Peanut Crackle ClustersVery tasty. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly oil a wooden spoon. Place sugar in a medium saucepan with water and lemon juice. Set over high heat, swirling pan until sugar is dissolved.

Savory Sausage Rolls Kids and adults love this at parties. Place sausage mince in the large bowl. Then add the tomato sauce, and onion. Give a quick stir. Add in the frozen veges and more tomato sauce. if you think it needs it.
