Continental CoffeeCombine all ingredients. Store in covered container. Use 3-4 heaping teaspoons per cup. Add hot water and stir.

 

Stuffed MeatloafMix together ground turkey, bread crumbs, carrots, onion, eggs and butter. Add milk, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but well. Put some of meat mixture in bottom of baking dish.

 

Banana Kebabs in ChutneyYummy curry to eat with rice or roti. Boil, peel and grate the bananas. Chop all the greens fine. Add all the greens to the grated bananas and mix well.

 

Fresh Vegetable SaladCut up cauliflower and broccoli and sliced carrots in bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and serve.

 

Chicken Crunch CasseroleIn 9x13 inch pan, layer frozen broccoli and cooked chicken. Combine soup, milk, cheese and chips. Spoon sauce over broccoli and chicken.

 

Cherry BarsCream margarine until soft; blend in sugar and then add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla. Add flour and beat well. Spread 3/4 of this batter onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

 

Eggs in Potato PocketsPrepare potatoes as directed on package. Mix in onion, pimiento and pepper. Spread in greased shallow 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Break eggs into 1/2 inch depressions in potatoes.

 

Rhubarb Upside-Down CakeGrease and flour a 9x13 inch cake pan. Evenly layer 5 cups diced rhubarb in pan. Sprinkle 2 cups sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle dry gelatin over the sugar and rhubarb layers.
