Mama C's Upside Down Three Layer CasseroleIt's quick and easy to make, yet a hearty family favorite. Perfect for a cold winter day.

 

Crusty Topped CauliflowerCook cauliflower whole in small amount of water, about 20 minutes. Drain. Put cauliflower in baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and mustard and spread on cauliflower.

 

Almond Cherry PastryBest dessert I've had this holiday season. Adaptable for any season or occasion. Presents beautifully and is probably not going to be duplicated at a covered dish event.

 

Apple OlettaCream together sugar and margarine; beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar-margarine mixture. Add apples and nuts (It is very thick batter).

 

Mandarin Orange SaladMix crackers, margarine and sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Pat rest in 9x13 inch pan. Mix together milk and orange juice. Fold in Cool Whip and drained oranges.

 

Pecan CrunchiesThese nutty snacks are delicious with coffee or tea.
