Hamburger Bean BakeBrown the hamburger with the onion. Pour off excess grease. Add the sliced Kielbasa. Add the cans of beans, including the sauce. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard.

 

Making Apple ButterPeel and slice enough apples to fill a heavy six quart pan. Cook rapidly, stirring frequently, until apples are soft; then cook slowly, stirring constantly. When the mixture begins to thicken, add spices and sugar.

Uses For Leftover ChiliI like to make enough chili so that I have leftovers for another easy meal. Here are two ways I like to use the leftovers: Bake a potato and top it with heated leftover chili, top the chili with sour cream and sprinkled cheese.
