Reuben MeatloafMix egg, bread crumbs, onion, relish, dressing, Worcestershire sauce and ground beef. Flatten and shape into a triangle. Spread sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on the triangle.

 

Marinated Roasted Bell PeppersI found this recipe at Allrecipes and it's and delicious! This can be used as a simple relish or for making bruschetta or pureed with cream over pasta or to marinade mozzarella and tomato slices and just about any recipe calling for roasted bell peppers.

 

Dump It In Tuna BakeDump all the ingredients into a greases 2 qt casserole and mix together. Bake at 370 degrees F. for about 45 minutes.

 

Vegetable-Cheese PotatoesMicrowave veggies in covered dish for 3 minutes. Top with cheese and cook another 30 seconds. Cut potatoes in fourths; top with cheese and veggies.
