Basic Seasoning SaltHandy to have one shaker instead of a dozen. Mix ingredients and keep in a shaker to use on meats, eggs in casseroles just about anything. Once you try it you will use in on most everything. Feel free to adjust the amounts or ingredients.

 

Chicken A' La KingCook onion in butter until tender. Add milk and soup. Bring to a boil and boil ten minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken and remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.

 

Carolina Autumn SaladCombine all ingredients. Serve in lettuce cups or cabbage leaves. Serves 4.

 

No Noodles LasagnaFor sauce: In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil. Add meat and garlic; saute until meat loses its pink color. Stir in remaining ingredients, except sweetener, zucchini and cheeses.

 

Broccoli and Corn CasseroleIn mixer blend together all ingredients, except broccoli. Mix well and stir in broccoli. For topping: Pour margarine over croutons and put on casserole.

Cocoa BrowniesGreased 8x8 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients together into large mixing bowl. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
