Rice Krispie TreatsThe Best Rice Krispie Treats you will ever eat! This recipe makes the cooiest gooiest bars. They get raves whenever I make them and are nice and thick.

 

Lemon Fettuccine with TunaGood for using canned tuna without mayonnaise. In large skillet, in hot oil, saute garlic. Add tomatoes and lemon juice; saute 1 minute longer. Add cold butter, lemon zest, parsley and oregano.

 

Santa Fe EnchiladasCrumble meat in large bowl; microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until meat loses pink color when stirred; drain. Add tomato paste, water, onion and salt. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until hot.

 

Chili Con QuesoI love deep frying or baking my own tortilla chips made from corn tortilla's rather than store bought pre-made chips.

 

Zucchini MuffinsBeat eggs over boiling water until frothy. Remove water fom burner, but continue beating over hot water. Add sugar beating well. Add vanilla and oil. Beat until thick and lemony.

 

Penuche Nut RollCook sugar, brown sugar, syrup and milk to soft ball stage. Cool at room temperature until lukewarm. Beat until mixture holds it's shape. Knead until firm.

 

Frosted Jello SaladCombine first 3 ingredients and let set. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Whip the cream and add cheese mixture. Fold in marshmallows. Spread on salad.

 

Hawaiian Wedding CakeStir together flour, sugar and soda; add remaining ingredients. Blend well but do not beat. Turn into a greased and floured 9x13 pan; bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
