Oriental Dipping SauceA basic dipping sauce for won tons, pot stickers, dumplings and much, much more! Experiment to your own taste by adding a tad bit of grated fresh ginger or minced garlic or honey or even hot pepper it up.

 

Cabbage and Pineapple SaladDissolve gelatin in water. Add pineapple juice. Chill. When it begins to thicken, add other ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill until set.

 

Skillet SupperQuick and easy. What could be better? Wash and scrub one potato, peel if you want, I don't, cut into 1/2 inch squares, fry for a couple of minutes. If you use hash browns add the same time as hamburger.

 

French ToastAnother very old recipe. Slightly beat eggs, add salt and milk. Dip slice of bread in egg mixture and fry in skillet. Serve hot with honey, sorghum or maple syrup.
