Philadelphia Simply Sensational TrufflesThese make a nice gift and the recipe makes a lot if you make them smaller than the recipe says. Also they do not have to be refrigerated after they are set. I mailed a box of them to Kansas from CA. And they were just fine.

 

Cowboy BeansHearty just the way the men like them. Mix all together and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F. You may omit the chillies and hamburger for a great three bean bake, also.

 

Peach PieIn large bowl, toss peaches with flour, nutmeg and salt. Turn mixture into pie shell. Pour cream over top. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 35-40 minutes.
