Green Bean And Onion SaladCook green beans until done, but still firm. Drain. Add onions, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, oil, and vinegar. Toss. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

 

Coffee Mug Chocolate CakePersonal size cake in only 5 minutes. Mix dry ingredients in microwave proof coffee mug. Add egg and mix well, add milk, vanilla, and oil, mix well. Bake in 1000 watt microwave oven 3 minutes.

 

Cheddar Rounds (Crackers)Yummy. Mix cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Work enough flour in by hand to form a stiff dough. If it gets too dry add a few drops of cold water. Shape the dough into small balls.

 

Beef FajitasPlace beef in plastic bag. Sprinkle both sides with lime juice, garlic salt and pepper; tie bag securely. Marinate in refrigerator; drain. Grill steak over medium-hot coals for 2-3 minutes on each side.
