Slow Cooker Black Forest CakeSpread the crushed pineapple in a layer on the bottom of a slow cooker. Spoon the cherry pie in an even layer on top of the pineapple. empty dry cake mix into the slow cooker on top of the cherry filling.

 

Garlic Cheese BiscuitsPreheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine baking mix, milk and cheese in bowl; mix well. Add margarine and garlic powder. Beat for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

 

Butterscotch BrowniesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt margarine. Add brown sugar and cook to a slight bubble mixture. Remove from heat; cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients and nuts if desired.

 

Pumpkin Tea BreadThis Tea Bread (some call them Quick Breads) is a very easy sweet bread to make up and bake. Most children love anything "pumpkin" and as we all know, pumpkin has a good amount of beta-carotene in it, just as carrots do.

 

Apple Spice SpritzerCombine apple juice concentrate, fruit and spices in saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; strain juice into pitcher. Chill in refrigerator.

 

Roasted Red Bell PeppersWash and dry red bell peppers. Deseed and cut the peppers. An easy way to deseed and cut up a pepper is by cutting it in half by starting the cut at the stem and down. Remove the stem parts off by tearing with your clean hands. Remove seeds and membrane the same way.

 

Basil and Parmesan Chicken SaladPuree the mayonnaise, basil and garlic in a blender or food processor. Toss chicken, celery, pureed mixture and Parmesan in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
