Hamburger BunsWhy go to the bother of making hamburger buns? One, they are delicious, two you can make them larger than store bought, and three, they are more filling when trimmed with all the extras; really a great meal.

 

Chicken Udon Noodle SoupI first saw a recipe for this from Life's Ambrosia and then checked out a few other Chicken Udon Noodle Soup recipes online and ended up combining about four recipes/ideas.

 

Cookie CakeCombine milk and egg. Add cake mix and chopped pecans. Pour into pan and top with chocolate chips and Bits 'O Brickle. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Tastes better if you let it set for one day.

 

Cheesecake SquaresIt is quick, easy and delicious! Everyone who has tried these has asked for the recipe!

 

SpaghettiCheap and easy meal. In a sauce pan melt butter and saute onions,garlic or add garlic powder. Once onions are soft (NOT brown) add tomato paste and sugar combine well and let simmer softly.

 

Coconut PieCombine first 6 ingredients in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed 3 minutes. Pour into 9 inch pie pan. let stand 5 minutes; then sprinkle with coconut.

 

Barbecue PacketsCook onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add the next 7 ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Tear off four 12 inch lengths of 18 inch heavy duty foil. On each piece place 1/4 of the meat; top with vegetables.

 

Crockpot Calico BeansBrown hamburger and onion and drain fat. Brown bacon and drain fat. Mix with beans, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and liquid smoke. Bake in crock pot 4-9 hours starting on high to cook the shortest amount of time and low if taking longer to cook.

 

Fruit Crisp ToppingStays soft and so buttery! Mix all ingredients and spread on your prepared fruit. Bake until your fruit is done.
