Spring Molded SaladDissolve gelatin in hot water. While hot, add cottage cheese. Beat. Grind veggies using small blade. Add to gelatin and stir in dash or salt and mayonnaise.

 

Steak Roll-UpsPound steak, spread with butter, sprinkle with herbs. Roll as jelly roll, tie with string. Brown in hot fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hr. or until meat is tender and sauce is thick.

 

Curried Vegetable SoupHeat broiler. In Dutch oven combine cauliflower, coconut milk, broth, curry powder, and the 1/4 cup cilantro. Bring to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low.
