Stir-Fried Curried Scallops and PastaCook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but firm, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled. Set aside. Whisk together yogurt and chicken broth in a small bowl, and set aside.

 

Cherry Nut BreadSift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt together. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with liquid to the creamed mixture.

 

Mustard SauceBeat egg; add dry ingredients, vinegar and water. Add 1 Tbsp. butter Cook until it begins to thicken. Cool. Keep refrigerated. Good on most meats and cheese.
