Beef Au' JusRub roast with garlic salt and pepper, liberally. Brown. Cover and cook slowly 2 hours. Slice meat thinly. Place onions in pan. Pour in soup and beef broth.

 

Baked CarrotsPare carrots and halve or quarter. Place in buttered 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with combined salt and pepper and dot with butter.

 

Coconut FudgeNot as hard to make as regular candy/fudge and not as sweet, but just as delicious. You might want to keep to the low end of the sugar measurement as coconut milk has a lot of sugar in it already.
