Bachelor MealCombine tomato soup and water; bring to a boil. Break egg carefully into soup. Drop bread in toaster. When egg is poached, remove pan from stove. With a slotted spoon, carefully lift egg from soup and place on toast; plain or buttered.

 

Bacon Cheese QuicheThis is an easy-on-the-cook brunch. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9x1 1/4 inch pie plate. Stir Bisquick and margarine until blended. Add boiling water; stir vigorously until soft dough forms.

 

Double Decker "Truly Grilled" Cheese SandwichOf course you can flavor these up a tad with a bit of diced jalapenos, super thin sliced tomatoes, and/or some finely chopped cilantro or basil. Preheat a grill to medium high. Arrange slices of bread on a work surface.

 

Chicken Dip SpreadYour choice of crackers, veggies and/or pita bread for dipping or spreading.

 

Baked ChickenPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place rice in baking dish. Wash and pat the chicken dry. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend.

 

Cake In Orange CupsThis is a nice change from an ordinary slice of cake. Cut 12-18 12-inch squares of heavy-duty foil; set aside. Cut 1-inch slice from top of each orange. Scoop out orange fruit and pulp. Leave peel intact as a baking cup. Prepare cake according to package directions.

 

Cookie SaladMelt the marshmallows and milk together over very low heat and cool until you can add whipped cream. Roll Oreo cookies to the amount to cover the bottom of a small 6x9 inch glass dish and to cover mixture also.
