Sea Foam SaladHeat pear juice; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. While still hot, pour over cream cheese which has been blended with the 2 tablespoons of cream.

 

Pheasant DelightSimmer pheasant in salted water until tender; remove meat from bones. Cut meat into small pieces; set aside. Beat eggs; add broth and soup.
