Split Pea and Ham SoupCheap, easy and super-delicious! A real child-pleaser in our house.

Italian Sausage SandwichCut onion and green pepper in thin strips and saute in small amount of oil. Brown sausage, if desired. Combine all ingredients in large pan. Add tomato paste, water, and Italian seasonings.
