Chicken Burrito WrapsA weight watchers 4 PointsPlus recipe. Healthy and delicious!

 

Vietnamese Caramelized PorkI made this Vietnamese recipe last weekend for my wife and brother. They really liked it. The recipe is for Vietnamese Caramelized Pork. In Vietnam, we always eat this pork with rice. It's an easy recipe for you to make for your family.

 

Beefy Biscuit CupsIn a skillet brown beef; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce; cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Press biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups.

 

Pumpkin Spice CakeOnly three ingredients, and it tastes wonderful! You can make cupcakes, cookies, or quick bread too.

 

Cooked CabbageCut cabbage up to nice size pieces. Put in pan to accommodate the amount of cabbage. Add water just to top. Add onion and sugar and cook until cabbage is limp.

 

Country Fried PotatoesYou can substitute cayenne powder for the paprika if you want some spicy heat.

 

Christmas Mint BrowniesEasy and delicious. Mix brownies according to package (or your favorite homemade recipe). Fill cupcake tins about half full, add thin mint or peppermint, then fill to about 3/4 full.

 

MinestroneHeat olive oil and butter in 8 quart kettle over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, and green beans. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

 

Fresh Orange SquaresThis is one of my Mom's favorite cookies. No shortening required! Super easy, chock full of orange flavor, and not too sweet!

 

Corn and Cornbread CasseroleIn large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top and edges are golden brown.

 

Ham, Tomato, and Onion FrittataIf you would also like to add some diced bell peppers, just saute about 1/4 cup of them and a tad bit more olive oil with the onions.

 

Green Jello SaladBoil gelatin, juice, and water together for 1 minute. Cool, but do not congeal. Add cottage cheese, marshmallows, and Cool Whip or whipped cream.

 

Cherry Cream Cheese BarsThis is a rich and delicious recipe!

 

Barbecue SandwichesMix all ingredients in large pan. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer with lid on pan.

Use Peeler For Cold ButterUse a y-shaped peeler to remove slices of butter from the top of a rock-hard stick of butter that's come straight from the refrigerator. The peels can be laid on top of a slice of bread, so there's no need for spreading.

 

Easily Seed a PomegranateTo easily seed a pomegranate, get a large bowl and fill it with water. Cut the pomegranate in half. While the pomegranate is submerged, proceed to seed the fruit underneath the water. This will prevent it from splattering.

 

Use Back Of Knife To Scrape Food Off Cutting BoardAfter dicing or chopping something, it's common to scrape the knife across the cutting board into a bowl using the blade of the knife. This is a good way to dull your knife. To keep it sharp, flip the knife upside down and use the spine to scrape off the board.
