Cinnamon-Hazelnut ToffeePrepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.

 

Pineapple-Coconut Gooey Butter CakeThis is an exceptionally easy cake to make. I've not found anyone yet who doesn't love it. It is my favorite cake, and I do enjoy getting all the fantastic compliments.

 

Pink "Champagne" Punch (Non Alcoholic)When my 5 kids were young, I would make this for New Year's Eve, the loved it! Years later I found out they really thought it was real champagne!

 

Turkey LasagnaMelt margarine in saucepan and saute onions. Add flour and seasonings, remove from heat and add milk. Cook til sauce thickens, stirring constantly.

 

Baked Garlic and Parmesan Potato StripsFor Garlic and Parmesan lovers everywhere.

 

Perfect TurkeyRub the turkey inside and out with kosher salt. Place the bird in a large stock pot, and cover with cold water. Place in the refrigerator, and allow the turkey to soak in the salt and water mixture 12 hours, or overnight.

 

Peanut Butter MeltawaysThese are the smoothest and easiest meltaways ever. Prepare pans by either lining a jellyroll pan with parchment paper OR placing small paper baking cups in tassie pans (muffin tins).

 

Longhorn Potato SoupSaute celery and onions in margarine in a large pot until tender, but not brown. Add potatoes, carrots, water, bouillon or granules, salt, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper.

 

Reuben CasseroleLayer sauerkraut, tomato slices, dressing, corned beef, and cheese in a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

 

Cat CookiesDon't forget to bake for the cat! Mix dry ingredients together. Add molasses, egg, oil, and milk. Roll out flat onto oiled cookie sheet and cut into small, cat bite-sized pieces.

 

Taco LasagnaCook hamburger with hot sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and ginger. Drain. Cook onions in butter until translucent. Add to hamburger.
