Salmon Cheese SpinsGood and super easy! Spread cream cheese onto the tortilla, then add a couple slices of salmon, then the lettuce.

 

EggnogBeat eggs thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with a rotary mixer until frothy.

 

Chicken BrunchCombine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight; bake at 350 degrees F for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until top is golden. Serves 10-12. Recipe may be doubled, but bake for 2 hours.

 

Citrus Collins Mocktail Fill a 10-12 oz. glass with ice. Add first three ingredients then fill with club soda. Garnish with 1/2 orange slice and a cherry.

 

Seashore SweetiesRoughly chop 1 cup 3 Musketeers Brand Minis and unwrap and set aside six 3 Musketeers Brand Minis. Combine the chopped 3 Musketeers with 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl
