Cilantro Sour CreamI love to use this as a condiment for tacos, nachos, fish, lime chicken, and even use as a dressing for a salad.

 

Hamburger Vegetable CasseroleSpread 1/2 lb. hamburger on bottom of baking dish. (Season.) Add a layer of potatoes and 1/2 of remaining vegetables. Add salt and pepper to each layer. Spread cabbage leaves over mixture.

 

Orange Spinach Onion SaladWash the spinach and tear into bite size pieces. Slice the oranges into 1/4 inch slices and slice the onion into thin onion rings. For each serving arrange spinach on plate.

 

Mardi Gras BreakfastUse a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add hash browns to bottom of pan, then add all other ingredients except cheese and eggs. Break eggs and let them run through mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 or 45 minutes.

 

Cheesy Broccoli & Cauliflower SoupPlace water, bouillon cubes, frozen mixed veggies, and potatoes in large saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 15 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Bring to a boil; boil for 10 minutes.

 

Honey Roasted Peanut Butter CookiesMade with peanut butter and honey roasted peanuts for a delicious, peanutty cookie!

 

Mississippi MudChocolaty, sweet decadence. That almost says it all. Yes, this is much too sweet and gooey and moist and, well, it's too much to have as a regular thing.

 

Banana Split SaladCream together cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Combine bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and walnuts (do not use mixer). Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

 

Rhubarb CakeCream sugar and margarine. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add flour and cold coffee alternately. Mix 2 minutes.
