Baked MeatballsMix meatball mixture ingredients in large bowl and shape into balls. Arrange in 9x9 inch pan. Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.

 

Roasted Chicken with VegetablesMix the butter, paprika, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Loosen the skin of the chicken carefully and place 1/2 of the butter mixture beneath the skin.

 

Banana Cream PieBlend sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt. Add milk. Cook and stir constantly until thickens. Add well beaten egg yolks. Cook 1 minutes longer.

 

Italian Creme CakeMix the flour, baking soda and salt together. Beat the sugar and margarine in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add the egg yolks and beat until smooth.

 

Tomato SaladCombine dry ingredients. Add vinegar and oil. Blend. Add minced parsley and green onions, sliced. Pour over quartered tomatoes which have been arranged over a bed of endive.

 

Beef Stew CasseroleDice carrots and celery. Butter casserole. Place all ingredients, except mushrooms, in and mix. Bake at 250 degrees F. for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
