Southern Grilled Barbecue RibsThese are so good! Enjoy!

 

Ground Beef ParmesanMix thoroughly, 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 1 egg (beaten), 1 medium size onion (chopped), 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Shape meat mixture into a large square, about 3/4 inch thick

 

Homemade Accent Seasoning (MSG Free)Accent Seasoning can be made without the MSG, which many believe to be harmful. This is a Cajun version, but you could adjust the heat for your own liking.

 

Easy Potato SouffleBeat potatoes with margarine, milk, salt, pepper and onion or chives. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in. Pour into buttered baking dish, 1 1/2 quart size.
