Missouri Barbecue SauceThis is a delightful blend of flavors! If you're using it to cook in the oven or slower cooker instead of grilling, just add a drop or two of liquid smoke for a grill flavor.

 

Lime Jello SaladMix gelatin and liquid. Set until rather thick, then whip in mixer. Add cream, cottage cheese, and pineapple. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.

 

Wonton Mozzarella SticksMy 2 year old grandson LOVES fried mozzarella sticks at various fast food places, which are breaded and cooked in oil in a deep fryer. I thought I would try wrapping the cheese sticks in the egg roll skins and I fried them in a little olive oil in a cast iron pan.

 

Meat and Veggie MedleyThis is a very easy dish I came up with after having a lot of leftovers from salad the previous day. My husband and son both loved it. I loved it also but for a different reason - it's easy to prepare and takes only minutes!

 

Salmon LoafMix all ingredients; put into baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees F until brown.

 

Butterfinger Cake This is so good! Using a 13x9 inch cake pan, bake German Chocolate Cake according to directions. Remove from oven. Poke holes in the top and pour small can of sweetened condensed milk over the top.

 

Husband's Delight DessertCream butter; add powdered sugar and cocoa. Add well beaten egg yolks and fold in stiffly beaten whites. Add vanilla and nuts. Place vanilla wafer crumbs in bottom of 8 cupcake pans and fill with mixture.

 

Stuffed Tomatoes ParisienneCut a 1 inch pieces from the stem end of the tomatoes. Carefully scoop out the pulp. Melt butter in skillet; saute mushrooms and onion 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Then stuff tomatoes.
