Whole Wheat BreadThe best thing about this recipe is that it makes several loaves and they freeze very well until you are ready to use them. This is very good, soft yet dense bread!

Building Wheelchair Accessible Raised BedsIn the summer of 2011, I had raised beds made to accommodate a wheelchair and my short arm width necessary to reach across to weed. They have landscape fabric to control weeds on the bottom, a layer of sod face down, then layers of newspaper and leaves that will decompose and on top, regular soil.

An over the door shelf for the bathroom.

Over the Door Shelf For Bathroom OrganizingI had a lone Dollar Tree hook over the bathroom door facing inside. It was for my robes, but was pretty high up. A friend gave me one she didn't need anymore and boy, has it made life easier.

Chestnut horse (Sequoia) touching noses with a young girl (Brook)

In Memory Of SequoiaThis horse Sequoia loved children. I got him at an auction 18 years ago. Sad to say he passed away in the spring of 2011. He is missed by all the family, and he will never be forgotten. I got him when he was 3 years old, and he passed away at age 21.

A bowl with surimi, cauliflower and dehydrated cranberries.

Using Every Bit of Salad DressingWhen I make dressing, it's usually in a round bowl like this. Once it's down to just enough for a smaller salad, I don't bother trying to scrape enough out and messy up another bowl.

Use Freezer To Remove Candle WaxThe freezer will usually work. Just freeze the holder for a couple of hours and the wax will become brittle and pop right off. Or we use a heat gun and carefully heat the wax and catch the melted wax with paper towels as it loosens.

A diagram of how to make a ragholder out of a plastic bottle.

Recycled Jug RagholderI saw this tip on a gardening magazine somewhere, and it's original form was to store plastic bags. However, I have found it works excellently well when it comes to storing rags as well!
