Electric Shock When Touching Shower Head?We live in an apartment. I was in the shower and got a nice jolt of electricity it hurt and it was when I touched the shower head. I got out and got my touch tester and all the faucets in the apartment are hot just when the water heater breaker is on. I can shower if I let the water heater build up and then shut the breaker off.
