Possible Abandoned Duck Nest?A duck who for the second year in a row has laid eggs in my front flower bed. She laid her eggs around March 30. I know it takes about 28 days for them to hatch. Do you think she's abandoned the nest?

Identifying Tiny Bugs Outside? Can anyone identify these bugs? They were outside on my wooden patio cover. They completely covered it and I spent several hours spraying them with an environmentally safe bug killer. It barely works so I sprayed them with the hose. There were millions of these. I live in northern California. The temp was about 75 to 80 degrees today. They must have just hatched. I didn't see them yesterday.
