What should I do for a 10 year old girl's birthday party in a small condo/apartment?

a lot of condos/apartments have a pool room or common area where folks can rent or schedule the space for a party, this is probably your best option, or else have a party at a local Chuck E Cheeses or even Barnes and Nobles.
If you must have it in your apartment you could always go with pizza and a movie, that keeps them still and quiet
Thanks. sounds nice, but I don't know about boys, my daughter wants to invite a couple of her boys-friends, I am kinda worry about how my place is so tiny, and I need to make spaces. but thanks!
Hi, you are right, but unfortunately our apartment doesn't have a place for party, oh, there is a place down stairs we can rent, but then we need to give $200 deposit, and then $100 dollars rent, I think it's too much, and the deposit I heard from some of my neighbours said that they don't give back the whole thing, they will be picky about how clean you clean the place..something like that, so I don't really want to risk it. parties are just too expensive now adays :(
I would have a short party for a few of her close friends. Try a spa party.
original plan was the spa party, but I am kinda worry about my space that's why I thought to ask if anyone has other ideas for doing at a small space. thanks!
You can watch a movie while eating snacks and doing each others hair , nails like a spa day!
Perhaps if your condo/apartment has a pool, you can do a pool & bbq party!
great idea, I will think about it, because then I have to find a movie that everyone likes. Hum, I wish we have a pool or bbq area in our condo/apartment complex, but we don't, so can't do any of those parties.
thanks to everyone who answered my question. I will start to prepare, maybe try to make more spaces in my place first. haha
I grew up in a very small house and we had birthday parties with a few of my friends almost every year. They would be a group of us sitting on the floor playing games (like monopoly or clue) and giggling. Now this was a LONG time ago. Perhaps if you have video games you can have them team up and play those.
Other things that work in a small space are to make use of the kitchen and living room if you have separate spaces...and have a baking party. We did this one year where we all helped out baking cupcakes which were the party food when we were done. It was fun... one measured, one mixed, one carefully poured into cupcake papers. Then we all iced and decorated our own. It was cheap and fun! We always had ice cream with my cakes (my personal fav I am sure they don't make any more which was cute little paper cups of ice cream that we ate with wooden sticks).
There are obviously modern versions of this theme...and that could be fun making use of your spaces.
Boys or girls would enjoy this also, although I don't think I was allowed a boy/girl party until I was 19! Wow! Can you imagine the restrictions :)
Post back what you decide!!
Watch a movie
have a spa party
play video games
If you have a party room or outdoor area you can have the party there. If not, you can have a small pizza and movie party in your home.
