If you're not having a party I would suggest taking her to the happiest place on earth - Disneyland. You live in Florida and they have a giant Disneyland not far from you. I'm sure she'd love this so much I know my daughter did.
Girls love the beauty parlor. Take your daughter for a manicure and then for a fancy lunch.
