My 11 year old girl's birthday is coming up and she only wants 1 of her best friends to come. She would like it outdoors (her birthday is July 4th). Anyway we have no ideas. So anyone have ideas?

You could include her in your barbecue and take her to see a fireworks show.
I think many will be with their families on the actual day. Does your daughter plan to have her birthday on July 4th too? If so, if your family is doing anything like a BBQ at the Beach, that would be fun to incorporate especially if you have water activities, like rafting, canoe, or jet skiing!
Have a comfy cozy mini picnic at the park with fireworks after a day of mani pedis :)
