Do you have a local beauty school?? Ours will do party packages, they will do their hair, nails and makeup for about $5 each. If you can't afford that, or don't have one, see if a couple of your friends who are adults would come and help you do it. Also consider mini golf, movies, bowling, having a BBQ or bonfire, movies...
If you have some people to help you a spa party is fun. The girls can take home a bottle of nail polish and a pack of emery boards
