You should do a science or glow in the dark party
You could go ice-skating, it is soooo fun. The movies maybe? Maybe you could just stay at home and camp outside at a sleepover? there is many pssibilties.
Try doing a sports theme or something boyish
Maybe you could have a costume party in a big park and have a photo shoot.
try lasser tag. It's indoors so you don't have to worry about the cold. Both boys and girls can enjoy it and you have the option of bringing you own food and goodies bags or have them take care of the food.
