We had a neon party for my daughter and had everyone wear bright neon colors. I borrowed the neon light from friend you would be surprised how many ppl have them. Then I just got glow sticks and we played games and had finger foods and a disco light was also a big him
I think you should invite 5 of her Close friends. And go to the movies then you could head back home and set up some games/sports outside. Have an icecream bar with tons of toppings. Then let the girls play games until they fall asleep. In the morning get donuts for the girls then let them do whatever. Then handout goodies at the end
But she is half tomboy, unless you want To in some of her close boy friends

I have a daughter and she is turning 11 on December 27 . She is 98% girly and 2% tomboy. But anyway you can let her invite all her friends that she wants and let them spend the weekend over and just let them do them and make a couple of cupcake wars like who can make the best cupcakes or who can make the best food or dessert.
You could have a waterfight with water ballons or ballons filled with paint for a paint fight. You could maybe have a campout in your backyard too with lots of fun games and dares.
My girl is to, she is first doing a crazy candy exchange, then minute to win it, pizza, a sundae bar, watching a movie then going to sleep.
