Well I suggest buying shaving cream and giving two bottle of it to ever kid (you should have a hose and towels ready) park cars away from the place the kids will play and they can have a shaving cream fight. It's way more fun than it sounds. The only rules are not by the car because it can ruin the paint and not in the face and if someone accidently gets it in the face just take water with one of the towels.
