My daughter is turning 12 in like a week and she wants a sleep over. My house is not big enough for all these kids. She can be girly and a tomboy. Please help. What should I do?

If your daughter wants a sleepover, you can limit the guest list. You are the parent. She may be upset, but she will get over it. If she has that many friends, she will be better off with an activity that includes everyone. You did not mention if money is an issue. I would do some kind of physical activity, like skating or bowling.
I dont' remember ever having more than 7 or 8 girls over for a sleep-over party. It is almost better to have a small group because then it seems more 'exclusive'. But i think it is a great rite of passage, and great fun, especially at that age, so if you I would make extra sure that i could go ahead and do that for her.
as far as activities, I think at this point all they want is the ability to collude on silly pseudo-grown up subjects, so left to their own devices they will probably do OK.
having a Netflix account and an obscene amount of popcorn can't hurt, though. And yes, the bowling & whatnot is a great idea
Now there are many organizations that offer services for organizing birthday parties for children. I think they will be able to advise you on the best option.
You can give her a set amount of people but if she's keen on that many you can always get some air mattresses and blankets and build a fort in the living room. Or even big closets we did that for one of my birthday party when I was a kid . we had a lot of extra big closets. Also miniature golf is a good choice, or later tag or even since their 12 you can do like a mini spa day.
Sleeping bags, living room floor .... Who sleeps anyway? You can safely expect chatter and giggles most (if not all ) of the night.
how about breaking it up into 2 nights.... the girlie ones one night and the less girlie ones the next night...?
I would limit sleepovers to "Best Friends" only. This is usually no more than 6 girls. They sleep on sleeping bags on the floor, usually. Don't worry a lot about comfort because not a lot of sleeping generally goes on.
You don't need much more than movies, snacks, beverages, make-up, maybe ghost stories, and flashlights. Make sure everybody brings a flashlight.
At that age, kids basically entertain themselves. The main thing is you'll be tired in the morning so choose a night you don't have to get up early to go to work. Have some fun breakfast planned, too, like French toast.
Having some experience with this kinda thing, it would be a good idea to maybe split the 2 groups up. And if that is not possible, maybe try something that both groups would enjoy.
